Someone left us a comment about making a video in which I talk about the effects of running on your fitness. Is running the best way to lose weight or burn calories? Is running safe for your knees and back? Summer is almost here and we need to get lean and lose some weight! Maybe we should go outside and run down the street? Or maybe we shouldnt? Remember always pick the exercises that feel right for your body and joints and ones that you will stick with. Keep making those gains people!
